1. Booking and Payments

- All sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed via email or booking platform.

- Payments are required prior to the session to secure your booking. Payment methods will be provided during the booking process.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance and will incur a £10 fee.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the full session fee being charged.

- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fee.

3. Health and Safety

- Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to their session.

- The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service if the session is deemed unsafe for the client or practitioner.

- Please arrive clean and free from any contagious conditions for the comfort and safety of all participants.

4. Code of Conduct

- Mutual respect is required between the practitioner and client. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

- Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences and comfort levels during the session.

5. Liability Waiver

- By booking a session, clients acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with physical activities or massage.

- The practitioner is not liable for injuries sustained due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow instructions.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

- Personal and medical information shared during bookings or sessions will remain confidential.

- No photos or recordings are allowed during sessions without prior consent.
